My stress and anxiety counselling has a holistic S.T.E.P.S approach where I look at all areas of your life. During this difficult time of Covid-19 we are in, caring for yourself in all areas may seem difficult. But taking this holistic approach to your life is so important and the best way to deal with stress.

Stress management therapy and anxiety counselling can be held in-person in my Boonah practice and can also be held online through video conference. Online counselling is equally effective, especially when held in the comfort of your own surroundings.
